You need to pay attention to the following points when using food metal detectors:
1. Read the instruction manual carefully before use to understand the detector's usage, performance, precautions and other information.
2. Place the detector on a stable surface and ensure that the working environment of the device is dry, has a suitable temperature and is free of other electromagnetic interference.
3. Turn on the detector power and warm up the system. Normally, the detector needs to warm up for 5-10 minutes.
4. Place the food or packaging to be detected on the detector conveyor belt, and set parameters such as detection program, detection sensitivity, and alarm mode according to the instructions in the instruction manual.
5. When the detector scans metal, it will immediately sound an alarm and stop the conveyor belt to remove metal foreign matter in time.
6. Clean and maintain the detector regularly to keep the equipment in normal working condition. For example, remove food residue and dirt from the probe and conveyor belt, and check whether the device's connecting cable and power interface are stable.
Important note: Although food metal detectors can effectively detect metal foreign objects, they are not omnipotent. In order to avoid the occurrence of other foreign matter in food, the control of food raw materials, production processes and quality should also be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of metal foreign matter.
