Automatic bottle sorting and loading, reducing labor costs

The product bottle tested by the customer company is about 130-150mm in height and weighs about 350-300g. The two products in the production line are interchangeable and cannot be inverted. The front-end canning machine discharges at a speed of 120 times/minute. After manual feeding, the maximum value reaches 160 bottles/minute, the back-end of the bottled drug checkweigher is connected to the automatic labeling equipment. Our company customized the plan based on the above situation: since the products are next to each other, which affects the weight check, a spiral sorting device is used through the feeding port to separate the products in an orderly manner. It has the function of automatic bottle sorting and feeding. In order to prevent the belt from being difficult to clean due to filling leakage, the conveyor belt adopts chain drive for easy cleaning. Adjustable guides are added on both sides of the processing section to prevent products from falling into bottles, greatly improving production efficiency.
